加味理中汤联合西药治疗消化性溃疡脾胃虚寒证29例  

Modified Lizhong Decoction Combined with Western Medicine in the Treatment of Peptic Ulcer of Deficiency Cold of Spleen and Stomach Syndrome for 29 Cases

摘　　要：目的探讨消化性溃疡(PU)脾胃虚寒证患者应用加味理中汤联合西药治疗的临床效果。方法采用随机数字表法将萍乡市第二人民医院2020年4月—2022年5月收治的58例PU患者分为两组,各29例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组加用加味理中汤治疗,比较两组临床疗效、中医证候积分、炎症因子水平、胃肠激素水平、生活质量及不良反应。结果观察组总有效率为93.10%(27/29),高于对照组的72.41%(21/29)(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组中医证候积分及白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、胃泌素(GAS)水平较对照组低,胃动素(MTL)水平及生活质量评分较对照组高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论PU脾胃虚寒证患者应用加味理中汤联合西药治疗,可抑制炎症反应,改善胃肠功能,减轻病痛,提升生活质量,效果显著,安全可靠,有利于预后。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of modified Lizhong decoction combined with Western medicine on peptic ulcer(PU)patients with deficiency cold of spleen and stomach syndrome.Methods A total of 58 PU patients in Pingxiang Second People’s Hospital from April 2020 to May 2022 were randomly divided into two groups,with 29 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,and the observation group was treated with modified Lizhong decoction com-bined with Western medicine.Both groups were treated continuously for 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,inflam-matory factor level,gastrointestinal hormone level,quality of life and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.10%(27/29),which was higher than that of the control group(72.41%,21/29)(P<0.05).After treatment,TCM syndrome scores,interleukin-6(IL-6),hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),tumor necrosis fac-tor-α(TNF-α),gastrin(GAS)levels in observation group were lower than those in control group,while motilin(MTL)levels and life quality scores were higher than those in control group,and the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no signifi-cant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Modified Lizhong decoction com-bined with Western medicine can inhibit inflammatory reaction,improve gastrointestinal function,relieve patients’pain,and improve patients’quality of life in PU patients with deficiency cold of spleen and stomach syndrome.The effect is significant,safe and reliable,and is conducive to the prognosis.
