牙周引导组织再生术联合固定正畸治疗牙周病伴错[牙合]畸形的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探究牙周引导组织再生术联合固定正畸对牙周病伴错[牙合]畸形的效果。方法选取2020年1月至2022年1月在吉安市中心人民医院诊治的106例牙周病伴错[牙合]畸形患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方案的不同分为对照组与观察组,每组53例。对照组接受单纯牙周翻瓣术治疗,观察组接受牙周引导组织再生术联合固定正畸治疗。比较两组牙周临床指标、临床疗效、牙齿松动情况与不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,观察组探诊深度(PD)浅于对照组,出血指数(SBI)评分低于对照组,临床附着丧失(CAL)少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组牙齿松动情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论牙周引导组织再生术联合固定正畸治疗牙周病伴错[牙合]畸形的效果显著,能有效改善患者的牙齿松动与牙周健康问题,降低不良反应的发生风险。Objective To investigate the effect of periodontal guided tissue regeneration combined with fixed orthodontics on periodontal disease with malocclusion.Methods A total of 106 patients with periodontal disease and malocclusion diagnosed and treated in Ji'an Central People's Hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to different treatment plans,with 53 cases in each group.The control group received simple periodontal flap treatment,and the observation group received periodontal guided tissue regeneration combined with fixed orthodontic treatment.The periodontal clinical indexes,therapeutic effect,tooth loosening and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the probing depth(PD)in the observation group was shallower than that in the control group,the bleeding index(SBI)score was lower than that in the control group,and the clinical attachment loss(CAL)was less than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the loosening of teeth in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Periodontal guided tissue regeneration combined with fixed orthodontics is effective in the treatment of periodontal disease with malocclusion,which can effectively improve the teeth loosening and periodontal health problems of patients,and reduce the risk of adverse reactions.
