XN-9000血细胞分析仪自动封闭与预稀释开放模式在白血病患者血常规检查中的应用效果比较

摘　　要：目的比较XN-9000血细胞分析仪自动封闭与预稀释开放模式在白血病患者血常规检查中的应用效果。方法回顾性抽取2020年4月至2023年4月三门峡市中心医院收治的白血病患者127例作为观察组,另抽取同期体检健康者127例作为健康对照组。两组均使用XN-9000血细胞分析仪进行自动封闭及预稀释开放模式检验。比较健康对照组、观察组中不同检验模式下白细胞计数(WBC)、血红蛋白(Hb)、血小板计数(PLT)水平,比较观察组中自动封闭及预稀释开放模式下WBC、Hb、PLT异常率。结果观察组中自动封闭、预稀释开放模式下WBC高于健康对照组,Hb水平、PLT低于健康对照组(P<0.05);观察组中两种检验模式下WBC、Hb水平比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05),预稀释开放模式下PLT水平低于自动封闭模式(P<0.05)。观察组127例白血病患者中,自动封闭模式可见WBC异常98例,Hb异常113例,PLT异常93例;预稀释开放模式可见WBC异常102例,Hb异常115例,PLT异常106例;自动封闭与预稀释开放模式下WBC、Hb异常率比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05),预稀释开放模式下PLT异常率高于自动封闭模式(P<0.05)。结论XN-9000血细胞分析仪自动封闭、预稀释开放模式均可获得客观的实验室数据,两者均具有较好的精准度,预稀释开放模式还能进一步获取PLT的变化信息。Objective To compare the application effect of autoblock and pre-dilution modes of XN-9000 hematology analyzer in routine blood examination of leukemia patients.Methods A total of 127 leukemia patients admitted to Sanmenxia Central Hospital from April 2020 to April 2023 were retrospectively selected as the observation group,and 127 healthy people who underwent physical examination during the same period were selected as the healthy control group.Routine blood examination in both groups were performed using XN-9000 hematology analyzer in autoblock and pre-dilution modes.The levels of white blood cell count(WBC),hemoglobin(Hb)and platelet count(PLT)detected by different modes were compared between the two groups.The abnormal rates of WBC,Hb and PLT in the observation group detected by autoblock and pre-dilution modes were compared.Results The WBC detected by autoblock and pre-dilution modes in the observation group were higher than those in the healthy control group,while the level of Hb and PLT in the observation group were lower than those in the healthy control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in comparison of WBC and Hb level detecred by autoblock mode and pre-dilution mode in the observation group(P>0.05),while the level of PLT detected by pre-dilution mode was lower than that detected by autoblock mode in the observation group(P<0.05).Among the 127 leukemia patients in the observation group,98 cases of abnormal WBC,113 cases of abnormal Hb and 93 cases of abnormal PLT were detected out by autoblock mode;102 cases of abnormal WBC,115 cases of abnormal Hb and 106 cases of abnormal PLT were detected by pre-dilution mode in the observation group.There was no significant difference in comparison of abnormal rates of WBC and Hb detected by the autoblock mode and the pre-dilution mode in the observation group(P>0.05),and the abnormal rate of PLT detected by the pre-dilution mode was higher than that detected by the autoblock mode(P<0.05).Conclusions The XN-9000 hematology analyzer under autoblock an
