结肠肿瘤性肠梗阻中应用腹部CT诊断的临床效果

摘　　要：目的 分析腹部CT诊断结肠肿瘤性肠梗阻的效果。方法 简单随机选取永州市第三人民医院于2022年1月—2024年1月收治的50例疑似结肠肿瘤性肠梗阻患者为研究对象,以病理诊断作为金标准,同时给予患者腹部CT和X线诊断,分析腹部CT在结肠肿瘤性肠梗阻中的诊断效能。结果 病理检查的阳性检出率为90.00%,腹部CT和X线检查的阳性检出率分别为88.00%、70.00%。腹部CT诊断的灵敏度(95.56%)、准确性(94.00%)、阴性预测值(66.67%)显著高于X线诊断(68.89%、64.00%、6.67%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=10.945、13.562、8.505,P均<0.05)。腹部CT诊断、X线诊断的特异度和阳性预测值比较,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。结论 腹部CT诊断在结肠肿瘤性肠梗阻诊断中的效果好,具有较高的应用效能。Objective To analyze the effect of abdominal CT in the diagnosis of colon neoplastic intestinal obstruction.Methods Fifty patients with suspected colon neoplastic intestinal obstruction admitted to Yongzhou Third People's Hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 were simple randomly selected as the study objects,and pathological diagnosis was used as the gold standard.At the same time,the patients were given abdominal CT and X-ray diagnosis,and the diagnostic efficiency of abdominal CT in colon neoplastic intestinal obstruction was analyzed.Results The positive rate of pathological examination was 90.00%,the positive rate of abdominal CT and X-ray examination was 88.00%and 70.00%,respectively.The sensitivity(95.56%),accuracy(94.00%)and negative predictive value(66.67%)of abdominal CT diagnosis were significantly higher than those of X-ray diagnosis(68.89%,64.00%,6.67%),and the differences were statistically significant(χ^(2)=10.945,13.562,8.505,all P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the specificity and positive predictive value of CT diagnosis and X-ray diagnosis(P>0.05).Conclusion Abdominal CT is effective in the diagnosis of colon neoplastic intestinal obstruction and has high application efficiency.
