摘　　要：中医专业学位研究生,是为满足中国中医事业发展对中医专门人才的迫切需求而培养的具有中医临床能力的更高层次医疗人才,其临床思维与能力主要通过中医住院医师规范化培训进行提升,其培训成果可以通过岗位胜任力进行评估。本文通过整理目前国内外医师岗位胜任力模型研究,梳理国内中医专业学位研究生岗位胜任力研究进展,以及对比现有临床医师岗位胜任力模型内容,进行综述,旨在基于现有岗位胜任力模型研究现况,融汇中医特色,探索适合中医专业学位研究生规范化培训体系,更好地提升中医专业学位研究生整体水平,为我国中医事业发展输送更多高质量的人才。Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)graduate students are medical talents of higher level with TCM clinical ability who are trained to meet the urgent demand for TCM professionals in the development of TCM.Their clinical thinking and ability are mainly improved through standardized training for TCM residents,and their training results can be evaluated by post competence.By summarizing the current domestic and foreign researches on physician post competency models,sorting out the research progress on post competency of TCM graduate students in China,and comparing the contents of existing clinician post competency models,this paper aims to explore a standardized training system suitable for TCM graduate students based on the current research status of the existing post competency models and integrating TCM characteristics.It will improve the overall level of TMC graduate students,so as to provide more high-quality talents for the development of TCM.
