摘 要:目的了解胸痛中心核心科室护士职业召唤现状,分析其影响因素,为提升胸痛中心核心科室护士职业召唤水平提供参考。方法2023年3—5月采用便利抽样法,抽取郑州市3所三级甲等医院的339名胸痛中心核心科室护士为调查对象,应用职业召唤量表、三维度性格优势量表、临床护理人员信息素养量表、工作重塑量表进行横断面调查,并对数据进行分析。结果胸痛中心核心科室护士职业召唤总分为(42.83±9.50)分,职称、平均月收入、性格优势、信息素养、工作重塑均是胸痛中心核心科室护士职业召唤水平的主要影响因素(均P<0.05),可解释总变异的47.4%。结论郑州市3所三级甲等医院胸痛中心核心科室护士职业召唤处于中等水平。护理管理者应加大对护士的组织和情感支持,定期开展职业召唤培训,提升其职业召唤水平。Objective To understand the status quo of professional calling among nurses in core departments of chest pain center,analyze its influencing factors,and provide reference for improving the professional calling level of nurses in core departments of chest pain center.Methods From March to May 2023,a convenience sampling method was used to select 339 core department nurses from three grade-A tertiary hospitals in Zhengzhou City as the survey subjects.A cross-sectional survey was conducted using the professional call scale,three dimensional personality advantage scale,clinical nursing staff information literacy scale and job remodeling scale,and the data was analyzed.Results The total score of professional calling for nurses in the core departments of the chest pain center was(42.83+9.50)points,professional title,average monthly income,personality advantages,information literacy and job remodeling were the main influencing factors of the professional calling level of nurses in the core department of the chest pain center(all P<0.05),which could explain 47.4%of the total variation.Conclusions The professional calling of nurses in the core departments of the chest pain center is at a moderate level.Nursing managers should increase their organizational and emotional support for nurses,regularly conduct professional calling training,and improve their professional calling skills.
