《黄帝内经》“同气相求”观探微

摘　　要：目前中医学界对“同气相求”思想的研究主要集中在“气”的属性分类及内容划分方面,对《黄帝内经》“同气相求”观的来源与临床应用研究,特别是临床应用范式研究相对薄弱。故以《黄帝内经》为主要研究对象,以其“开阖枢”、“五运六气”及“三因观”理论为研究重点,综合探讨《黄帝内经》“同气相求”观的来源与临床运用规范形式,总结得出“三因观”理论是《黄帝内经》“同气相求”观临床应用较为规范的形式,以期为中医学理论的临床应用拓展思路。In the theory of Chinese medicine,the research on the thought of“sensation and response”primarily focuses on the attribute classification and content division of“qi”.However,there is a relative lack of research on the origin and clinical application of the theory“sensation and response”in Yellow Emperor’s Inner Canon,especially on the clinical application paradigms.Therefore,this paper aims to comprehensively discuss the source and standard form of clinical application of the theory“sensation and response”in Yellow Emperor’s Inner Canon,with a focus on theories such as“opening,closing,and pivoting”,“five elements and six qi”,and“three causes view”.It concludes that the theory of“three causes view”represents a relatively standard form of clinical application of the theory“sensation and response”in Yellow Emperor’s Inner Canon,aiming to contribute to the development of ideas for TCM theory’s clinical application.
