肖红主任矩阵针刺配合推拿治疗儿童注意缺陷多动障碍的经验撷要

摘　　要：儿童注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)是一种学龄期儿童常见的神经发育障碍疾病,中医将其归于以脑神失养、神机失用为主要病机的精神情志病范畴。肖红主任长期从事针灸治疗小儿神经精神疾患的研究,其认为ADHD主要病机为肾精亏虚、风阳上扰、神机失用,病位在脑,与肝、肾密切相关,因小儿形气未充,故也涉及脾胃,治则补肾填髓、平肝息风,健脑调神。喜用金安德教授依“时空方圆理论”创立的特色空间针灸“矩阵针灸”,配合通督益髓推拿治疗取得可喜疗效。今将其适应症和临症配穴整理如下,以供针灸医师参考。Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD)is a common neurodevelopmental disorder in school-age children.In traditional Chinese medicine,ADHD belongs to the category of mental and emotional disorders caused by the dysfunction of brain spirit and the loss of vital activity.Director Xiao Hong has long been engaged in the research on the treatment of neuropsychiatric diseases in children with acupuncture and moxibustion.She believes that the main pathogeneses of ADHD are the deficiency of kidney essence,hyperactivity of liver yang,and loss of vital activity.The disease is located in the brain and closely related to the liver and kidney.Because of the qi deficiency in children,ADHD involves the spleen and stomach.Accordingly,the treatment should follow the principles of tonifying kidney and supplementing marrow,pacifying liver and extinguishing wind,and invigorating brain and regulating spirit.She advocates the application of matrix acupuncture and moxibustion developed by Professor Jin Ande according to the space-time theory together with the massage for dredging governor vessel and replenishing marrow,which demonstrates definite therapeutic effects.This paper summarizes the indications and the acupoints for acupuncture and moxibustion,aiming to provide reference for the doctors.
