摘　　要：上颌窦底提升是目前解决上颌后牙种植区骨量不足的经典术式,而上颌窦囊肿的存在常为上颌窦底提升带来困难和挑战。目前国内外尚缺乏对伴上颌窦囊肿或囊肿样病变的上颌窦底提升的指南或共识。本共识旨在为临床医师提供切实可行的针对伴上颌窦囊肿或囊肿样病变行上颌窦底提升的应对措施。Sinus floor elevation is a predictable rehabilitation method commonly used to address bone deficiency in the maxillary posterior area.However,the presence of maxillary sinus cysts often presents a challenge for sinus floor elevation.At present,there is still a lack of guidelines or consensus on sinus floor elevation with maxillary sinus cyst.The purpose of this consensus is to provide clinicians with practical and feasible measures for sinus floor elevation with maxillary sinus cysts.
