摘 要:目前,国内已研发了多种有轨电车转辙器结构,包括摆针式、整体式和拼装式。这些结构存在各自的优缺点,尚不能很好的平衡客户需求和工厂生产便捷性要求的矛盾。现拟通过设计一种新型转辙器结构来解决这个矛盾。通过结构设计,提出了一种新型高锰钢镶嵌式转辙器结构。该转辙器主体结构采用高锰钢整体铸造,并镶嵌耐磨性能优良的基本轨和尖轨。通过三维仿真计算,按极限状态法的规范要求,对尖轨强度进行检算。通过厂内试制和现场应用,验证转辙器方案的可行性。结果表明:转辙器中的零部件强度检算结果满足相关规范要求。转辙器投入使用后,现场应用效果良好,满足了黄埔区有轨电车2号线工程的需求,未来具有进一步推广的潜力。通过采用高锰钢镶嵌式结构的方式,可有效平衡客户需求和工厂生产便捷性要求的矛盾。相比整体式转辙器,新型转辙器的生产周期和生产成本都有大幅降低,但成本略高于拼装式转辙器,未来可作进一步优化,以进一步提高产品竞争力。At present,a variety of tram switch structures have been developed in China,including swing pin,integral and assembled.These structures have their own advantages and disadvantages,and cannot balance the contradiction between customer needs and factory production convenience requirements.This paper intends to solve this contradiction by designing a new type of switch structure.Through structural design,a new kind of high manganese steel mosaic switch structure is proposed.The main structure of the switch is cast by high manganese steel and inlaid with stock rails and switch rails with good wear resistance.The strength of the switch rail is checked according to the requirement of limit state method by three-dimensional simulation calculation.The feasibility of the switch scheme is verified through the trial production in the factory and the field application.The results show that the strength calculation results of the parts in the switch meet the requirements of the relevant specifications.After the switch is put into use,the field application effect is good,which meets the demand of Huangpu District tram Line 2 project.There is potential for further promotion in the future.The use of high manganese steel mosaic structure can effectively balance the contradiction between customer demand and factory production convenience requirements.Compared with the integral switch,the production cycle and production cost of the new switch have been greatly reduced,but the cost is slightly higher than that of the assembled switch,and it can be further optimized in the future to further improve the competitiveness of the product.
