摘 要:建设高水平职业教育实训基地可以显著提升职业学校办学能力和教学质量。针对医学生物技术专业实训基地建设现状,聊城职业技术学院组织学校、企业和医院研究机构三方共同制订医学生物技术专业人才培养方案,探索“校企研三方共建共享、协同发展”实训基地建设模式,构建“三主体育人、双基地培养”医学生物技术专业实践教学体系,搭建科研实践创新平台,开发实训基地培训体系,建立校企研三方人才共享机制,取得了较好成效,为医学生物技术专业实训基地建设提供参考。The construction of high-level vocational education training bases can significantly improve the operational capacity and teaching quality of vocational schools.In response to status of the construction of training bases of medical biotechnology major,Liaocheng Vocational and Technical College has organized schools,enterprises,and hospital institutions to jointly formulate a person-nel training plan for medical biotechnology major,explore"co-construction,sharing,and collaborative development among school,enterprise and institute"with the plan of training base construction model,build a"three main cultivation,dual base training"medical biotechnology major practical teaching system,build a scientific research practice innovation platform,develop a training base train-ing system,and establish a personnel sharing mechanism among school,enterprise and institute,which has achieved good results and provides reference for the construction of training bases of medical biotechnology major.
