摘  要:为改善脂质体包封效果和储藏稳定性,采用薄膜分散法结合动态高压微射流技术构建普朗尼克(Pluronic F87)与聚乙二醇1000维生素琥珀酸酯(TPGS)共同修饰的姜黄素脂质体,考察Pluronic F87和TPGS质量比例对载体理化性质和体外释放行为的影响。结果表明,随着TPGS比例的增加,姜黄素脂质体粒径减小,分散性均较好,微观形态呈球状;体外释放行为表明,姜黄素脂质体均呈现初始阶段突释后缓慢释放的特性,随着TPGS的比例升高,姜黄素的累积释放量降低。本研究为开发新型脂质体并应用于药物包埋、缓释提供新思路。In order to improve the encapsulation effect and storage stability of liposomes,Pluronic F87 and tocopheryl polyethylene glycol 1000 succinate(TPGS)co-modified curcumin liposomes are constructed by thin film dispersion method combined with dynamic high-pressure microfluidization technology.The effects of Pluronic F87 and TPGS mass ratio on the physicochemical properties and in vitro release behavior of the carrier are investigated.The results show that with the increase of TPGS ratio,the particle size of curcumin liposomes decrease,the dispersibility is good,and the microscopic morphology is spherical.The in vitro release behavior show that curcumin liposomes show the characteristics of slow release after initial burst release.With the increase of TPGS ratio,the cumulative release of curcumin is lower.This study provides new ideas for the development of new liposomes and their application in drug encapsulation and sustained release.
