摘 要:近年甲状腺癌发病率迅速升高,以甲状腺乳头状癌(PTC)最为常见。部分PTC具有高侵袭性,主要表现为早期颈部淋巴结转移(CLNM)、甲状腺外侵犯(ETE)及基因突变等。超声影像组学(USR)及其联合基因检测有助于诊断及评估PTC。本文就USR及其联合基因检测筛选高侵袭性PTC研究进展进行综述。In recent years,the incidence rate of thyroid cancer has increased rapidly,among which papillary thyroid cancer(PTC)is the most common.And some PTC are highly invasive,mainly manifested as early cervical lymph node metastasis(CLNM),extrathyroid extension(ETE)and gene mutation.Ultrasound radiomics(USR)and it combined with gene test can help diagnose and evaluate PTC.The research progresses of USR and it combined with gene test for screening highly invasive PTC were reviewed in this article.
