摘　　要：罹患脑病患者多伴有脂质异常,“脂脑同病”为张敬华老师根据多年临床经验结合各家理论提出的概念,以期为临床中医学脑病的诊疗开辟新思路。其治疗脑病从“浊”入手,认为浊盛正虚为根本病机,治疗当顾护脾胃,祛浊的同时兼顾脏腑功能。将“脂脑同病”分为“脂浊-痰瘀互结-浊毒”3个阶段分阶段施治,同时结合《黄帝内经》“治未病”理念,认为脂浊阶段当“未病先防”,以降脂化浊为主;痰瘀互结阶段当“既病防变”,以痰瘀同治为主;浊毒阶段当“病后防复”,以解毒化浊为主。Treatment of“lipid abnormalities combined encephalopathy”from“turbidity”patients with encephalopathy are often accompanied by lipid abnormalities.“Lipid abnormalities combined with encephalopathy”is a concept proposed by teacher Zhang Jinghua based on many years of clinical experience and various theories in order to open up new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of encephalopathy in TCM.Zhang Jinghua believes that the treatment of encephalopathy should start from“turbidity”,and that exuberant turbidity and healthy-Qi deficiency are the fundamental pathogenesis of this disease.Therefore,the spleen and stomach should be protected during the treatment and the function of zang-fu organs should be taken into account while removing turbidity.When treating lipid abnormalities combined with encephalopathy,it can be divided into three stages:turbidity of lipids,mutual accumulation of phlegm and blood stasis and turbidity toxicity.Combined with the concept of“preventive treatment of disease”in Huangdi Neijing,“prevention before disease onset”should be taken in the stage of turbidity of lipids,which can achieve reducing lipid and removing turbidity;“preventing disease from exacerbating”should be taken in the stage of mutual accumulation of phlegm and blood stasis,which can achieve the both treatment of phlegm and blood stasis;“prevention of recurrence of the disease”should be taken in the stage of turbidity toxicity,which can achieve eliminating toxicity and removing turbidity.
