摘　　要：乳腺癌是女性最常见的恶性肿瘤,每年因乳腺癌死亡的患者人数在急剧上升,当前的治疗手段主要是手术切除、化疗、放疗以及内分泌治疗等,但乳腺癌的复发和转移仍是一个巨大的挑战。近年来免疫治疗逐渐应用于各种肿瘤疾病,相关的基础研究和临床试验取得重大进展。本文将对乳腺癌免疫治疗的最新研究进展进行简要概述,以期为乳腺癌的临床治疗提供依据。Breast cancer stands as the most common malignant tumor affecting women.The mortality rate due to breast cancer is alarmingly on the rise every year.The current arsenal of treatment methods includes surgical resection,chemotherapy,radiotherapy,and endocrine therapy.Nevertheless,the formidable obstacles of breast cancer recurrence and metastasis persist,posing a substantial challenge in the field.In recent years,immunotherapy has progressively found application in various tumor diseases,with significant advancements in related basic research and clinical trials.This article provides a concise overview of the latest research advancements in breast cancer immunotherapy,in order to provide basis for clinical treatment of breast cancer.
