摘  要:炎症性肠病(inflammatory bowel disease,IBD)是一组累及消化道的慢性非特异性炎症疾病,主要包括克罗恩病(Crohn′s disease,CD)和溃疡性结肠炎(ulcerative colitis,UC)。近年,我国IBD发病率呈现上升趋势,疾病负担沉重。营养障碍在IBD患者中十分普遍且是影响患者疗效及预后的重要因素之一。因此,及早有效地识别和诊断IBD患者中的营养障碍,并开展有效的临床干预,是当前IBD诊治的重要课题。本文就IBD患者营养障碍相关研究进行概述,以期促进IBD患者相关营养障碍的防治、评估和护理。Inflammatory bowel disease(IBD),which include Crohn′s disease(CD)and ulcerative colitis(UC),is a chronic nonspecific inflammatory disease involving the digestive tract.The incidence rate of IBD in China is increasing rapidly in recent years,and the burden of this disease is extremely heavy.Nutritional disorders,which are common in IBD patients,was one of the main reasons for the poor prognosis and efficacy.Therefore,early and effective identification and diagnosis of nutritional disorders,and carrying out effective clinical intervention in IBD patients are important issues in the current diagnosis and treatment of IBD.This article aimed to promote the prevention,evaluation and nursing care of nutritional disorders in IBD patients by summarizing the researches on nutritional disorders in IBD patients.
