摘　　要：肾透明细胞癌合并胃转移临床上罕见,国内报道10例左右。本研究报道我科收治的1例异时性转移患者及其诊治过程,并结合以往的文献展开深入讨论,以期丰富医师对此类疾病的认识,提高诊断率。Renal clear cell carcinoma with gastric metastasis is rare in clinical practice,with approximately 10 reported cases in China.This study reports the diagnosis and treatment process of a patient with synchronous metastasis admitted to our department,and combines it with previous literature for in-depth discussion,aiming to enhance physicians′understanding of this type of disease and improve the diagnostic rate.
