摘 要:非酒精性脂肪性肝病(non-alcoholic fatty liver disease,NAFLD)是指包括非酒精性单纯性肝脂肪变、非酒精性脂肪性肝炎(non-alcoholic steatohepatitis,NASH)、肝硬化和肝细胞癌(hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC)的一系列肝病。其发病原因和进展机制目前尚未完全了解,涉及多种因素的复杂交互作用,国际专家小组建议将其更名为代谢相关脂肪性肝病(metabolism associated fatty liver disease,MAFLD)。甲状腺激素直接调控自噬、脂肪生成、脂肪酸摄取及β氧化、胆固醇合成及转运途径逆转等关键环节,对脂质代谢有益。本文就近年来甲状腺功能减退在NAFLD中的作用机制进行了综述。Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)refers to a spectrum of liver diseases including non-alcoholic simple hepatic steatosis,non-alcoholic steatohepatitis(NASH),cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).Its causes and mechanisms of progression are not yet fully understood,involving a complex interaction of multiple factors,and an international panel of experts has recommended that it be renamed metabolism associated fatty liver disease(MAFLD).Thyroid hormones have beneficial effects on lipid metabolism by directly regulating key aspects of autophagy,lipogenesis,fatty acid uptake and beta oxidation,cholesterol synthesis and reversal of the transport pathway.This article provided a review of the mechanisms of action of hypothyroidism in NAFLD in recent years.
