结膜入路睑袋整复术切口缝合处理和未缝合处理的疗效分析研究

摘　　要：目的探讨结膜入路睑袋整复术后切口缝合处理与未缝合处理与切口并发症的关系。方法回顾性分析2018年-2022年南京医科大学第二附属医院医疗美容科160例接受结膜入路睑袋整复术的患者,对比术后切口缝合处理与切口未缝合处理的切口并发症发生情况及术后6个月恢复情况。切口并发症如延迟愈合、感染、手术3天后渗血、切口内软组织疝出、切口过长导致的对合不良、错位愈合及瘢痕不平整等。结果结膜入路睑袋整复术后切口进行缝合处理的患者缝合并未出现角膜磨损等不良反应,并且切口并发症发生率显著低于未行缝合处理的患者。结论结膜入路睑袋整复术后切口缝合与切口不缝合相比,无角膜损伤,且切口并发症发生率更低,术后6个月的愈合效果更佳,有临床推广应用价值。Objective To explore the relationship between incision suture and non-suture treatment and incision complications after conjunctival approach blepharoplasty.Method A retrospective analysis was conducted on 160 patients who underwent conjunctival approach blepharoplasty in the department of plastic cosmetic surgery in the Second Affifiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from 2018 to 2022.The incidence of incision complications and recovery at 6 months after surgery were compared between those who underwent incision suturing and those who did not.Incision complications include delayed healing,infection,bleeding after 3 days of surgery,soft tissue herniation within the incision,poor involvements due to long incisions,dislocation healing,and uneven scars.Result Patients who underwent incision suturing after conjunctival approach blepharoplasty did not experience adverse reactions such as corneal wear,and the incidence of incision complications was signifificantly lower than those who did not suture.Conclusion After conjunctival approach blepharoplasty with sutured incision,there is no additional injury compared to non suture treatment,and the incidence of incision complications is lower.The healing effect is better after 6 months,which has clinical promotion and application value.
