数字化导板辅助种植修复前牙的美观和满意度评价

摘　　要：目的观察数字化导板辅助种植修复在前牙种植修复中的应用效果。方法回顾性选取江南大学附属医院2021年1月-2023年1月收治的86例口腔前牙种植修复患者,按照不同治疗方法分为两组,各43例,对照组采用常规种植修复治疗,研究组则在对照组基础上联用数字化导板治疗,比较两组方案的临床疗效。结果研究组临床效果优于对照组(P<0.05),同时研究组红白美学分数高于对照组,菌斑指数、龈沟出血指数与牙龈指数评分,以及不良反应发生率均低于对照组,种植距离偏差也小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论数字化导板辅助种植修复在口腔前牙种植修复中的治疗效果较好,能够有效提升患者前牙美观程度以及满意度,提高种植修复精确度,更有利于前牙修复获得健康的牙周组织状态,临床实用性和安全性较高。Objective To observe the application effect of digital guide plate assisted implant restoration in anterior tooth implant restoration.Methods A retrospective selection was conducted on 86 patients with anterior dental implant restoration admitted to Jiangnan University Affifiliated Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023.They were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,with 43 cases in each group.The control group received conventional implant restoration treatment,while the study group received digital guide plate treatment in combination with the control group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results The clinical effect of the research group is better than that of the control group,as well as the red and white aesthetic scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group.The plaque index gingival sulcus bleeding index and gingival index scores,as well as the incidence of adverse reactions,were all lower than those of the control group.The deviation in implant distance was also smaller than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment effect of digital guide plate assisted implant restoration in oral anterior tooth implantation restoration is good,which can effectively improve the aesthetic degree and satisfaction of patients,improve the accuracy of implant restoration,and is more conducive to obtaining healthy periodontal tissue status in anterior tooth restoration.It has high clinical practicality and safety.
