数字化辅助美学牙冠延长术对前牙缺损修复效果及微笑美学的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨分析数字化辅助美学牙冠延长术对前牙缺损修复效果及微笑美学的影响。方法于2019年10月至2022年10月,选取西宁市口腔医院收治的前牙缺损患者97例,均采用数字化辅助美学牙冠延长术进行修复治疗,分析其对前牙缺损的修复效果及对微笑美学的影响。结果术后3个月探针深度、出血指数较术前明显更低(P<0.05);术后3个月红色美学评分、白色美学评分明显高于术前(P<0.05);患者微笑美学满意度为98.97%。结论数字化辅助美学牙冠延长术修复前牙缺损的修复效果好,微笑美学满意度高。Objective To explore and analyze the effect of digital assisted aesthetic crown lengthening surgery on the restoration of anterior tooth defects and the inflfluence of smile aesthetics.Methods From October 2019 to October 2022,97 patients with anterior tooth defects admitted to our hospital were selected,all of whom underwent digital assisted aesthetic crown lengthening surgery for restoration treatment.The restoration effect on anterior tooth defects and its impact on smile aesthetics were analyzed.Results The probe depth and bleeding index were significantly lower at 3 months post surgery compared to before surgery(P﹤0.05);After 3 months of surgery,the red aesthetic score and white aesthetic score were signifificantly higher than before surgery(P﹤0.05);Patient satisfaction with smile aesthetics is 98.97%.Conclusion The digital assisted aesthetic crown lengthening surgery has a good repair effect on anterior tooth defects and high satisfaction with smile aesthetics.
