摘 要:随着社会经济的飞速发展,人们对酒店的需求也在增加。然而作为一种经济实惠的酒店类型,经济型酒店正在走下坡路。本文以7天酒店为经济型酒店的代表,结合模型基础,通过实证研究,探讨服务接触对消费者情绪的影响,并得出以下结论:一是服务接触对消费者情绪产生积极影响;二是服务环境的接触对消费者的情感产生积极影响;三是服务环境对女性消费者情绪的影响大于服务人员接触的影响。在此基础上,以7天酒店为例,设计出针对女性消费者的服务环境接触及服务人员接触的优化设计方案。With the rapid development of social economy,people’s demand for hotels is also growing,and economy hotel,as an economical hotel type,is on the decline.This paper takes 7 days hotel as the representa-tive of economy hotel,combined with the model basis,through empirical research to explore the impact of ser-vice contact on consumer sentiment,and draws the conclusion:First,service personnel contact has a positive impact on consumer sentiment;Second,service environment contact has a positive impact on consumption emo-tion;Third,service environment contact has a greater impact on female consumers’consumption emotion than service personnel contact.On this basis,this paper takes 7 days hotel as an example to design the optimal de-sign scheme and suggestions of service environment contact and service personnel contact.
