摘  要:基于投入产出视角,构建经济—社会—生态复合系统投入产出效率指标体系,运用超效率DEA、GWR模型等,探究2012—2021年中国31个省份经济—社会—生态复合系统投入产出效率时空演变特征及其影响因素。结果表明:(1)10年间我国经济—社会—生态复合系统投入产出效率水平先增后减;(2)效率重心迁移总体上向西南移动,分布格局由“东北—西南”方向逐渐偏转为“正东—正西”方向;(3)效率具有较高空间聚集性;(4)人均水资源量、地区用电量、有效发明专利数对中国省域经济—社会—生态复合系统投入产出效率具有正向影响,碳排放量具有负向影响。论文从区域协同发展、水资源配置、科技创新等方面提出对策建议,对推进中国可持续发展具有一定的参考价值。The research construct an input-output efficiency index system for economic-social-ecological composite systems from the input-output perspective.Using the super-efficiency DEA,GWR model,etc.,we investigate the spatial and temporal evolution characteristics of input-output efficiency of economic-social-ecological composite system and its influencing factors in 31 provinces of China from 2012 to 2021.The results show that:(1)In the past ten years,the level of input-output efficiency of China’s economic-social-ecological complex systemfirst increased and then decreased;(2)The center of gravity of efficiency has generally shifted to the southwest,and the distribution pattern has gradually shifted from the“northeast-southwest”direction to the“east-west”direction;(3)Efficiency has high spatial aggregation;(4)Per capita water resources,regional electricity consumption,and the number of effective invention patents have a positive effect on the input-output efficiency of China’s provincial economic-social-ecological composite system,and carbon emissions have a negative effect.Countermeasures and suggestions are put forward in terms of regional synergistic development,water resources allocation,and scientific and technological innovation,which have certain reference value for promoting China’s sustainable development.
