摘 要:针对电动汽车各系统温度调控体系,设计一套电动汽车动力电池热管理系统,包含电机冷却回路、乘员舱热管理回路以及电池热管理回路。在计算系统热量、确定电池温度采用逻辑门限值控制、乘员舱温度采用模糊控制的基础上,利用Comsol和Simulink分别建立动力电池模型和乘员舱及控制系统模型,利用二者进行联合仿真。结果表明:基于标准城市路况条件及大连气候,模拟环境温度35℃下,系统运行3276s时,电池单体最高温度可由40.00℃降至29.05℃,且乘员舱温度维持在25℃左右;模拟环境温度-10℃下,系统运行3276s时,电池单体最低温度可由-10.00℃升至23.19℃,且乘员舱温度满足模糊控制器设定的控制需求。Aiming at the temperature control system of each system of electric vehicles,a set of power battery thermal management system for electric vehicle is de signed,including motor cooling circuit,passenger compartment thermal management cir.cuit and battery thermal management circuit,Based on calculating,the thermal load of the system,determining,the temperature of the battery controlled by logical threshold control method,and the temperature of the passenger compartment controlled by fuzzy control.the power battery model,the passenger compartment and control system model are estab lished by Comsol and Simulink respectively,which are used for co-simulation.The results show that based on the standard urban road conditions and the climate of Dalian,the max imum temperature of the battery cell decreases from 40,00℃to 29,05'℃after 3276 sec onds of system operation under the simulated ambient temperature of 35℃,and the tem Perature of the passenger compartment can be maintained around 25':under the simula ted ambient temperature of-10℃,the minimum temperature of the battery cell increases from-10.00℃to 23.19℃after 3276 seconds of system operation,and the temperature of the passenger compartment meets the control requirements set by the fuzzy controller.
