基于疏肝解郁为主的中药方联合耳穴按压治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨肝郁脾虚证IBS-D的治疗方法。方法将62例肝郁脾虚证IBS-D患者随机分为对照组、观察组,各31例;对照组口服匹维溴铵片及双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊,观察组口服中药联合耳穴按压治疗。治疗4周后对比两组有效率、中医证候评分,随访观察复发情况。结果观察组有效率为93.55%,高于对照组的74.19%(χ^(2)=4.29,P=0.038);观察组中医证候评分改善程度优于对照组(t=3.53~5.90,P<0.01);观察组复发情况低于对照组(Z=2.14,P<0.01)。结论中药联合耳穴按压治疗肝郁脾虚证IBS-D具有确切疗效,能够显著减轻症状,降低复发率。Objective To explore the treatment of IBS-D syndrome of liver-stagnation and spleen-deficiency.Methods 62 cases of IBS-D syndrome of liver-stagnation and spleen-deficiency were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 31 cases in each group.The control group was treated with pivillium bromide tablet and bifidobacterium triple live capsule,and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine combined with auricular acupoint pressing.After 4 weeks of treatment,the effective rate and the TCM syndrome score of the two groups were compared,and the recurrence was observed.Results The effective rate of the observation group was 93.55%,which was higher than 74.19%in the control group(χ^(2)=4.29,P=0.038).The improvement degree of TCM syndrome score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(t=3.53~5.90,P<0.01).The recurrence rate of observation group was lower than that of control group(Z=2.14,P<0.01).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine combined with auricular acupoint pressing can significantly reduce the symptoms and the recurrence rate of IBS-D syndrome of liver-stagnation and spleen-deficiency.
