摘　　要：宣传思想文化工作要巩固马克思主义在意识形态领域的指导地位,巩固全党全国人民团结奋斗的共同思想基础。随着时代深刻变化,“三审三校”内涵外延发生了深刻变化,要承担政治安全、意识形态安全责任,在高校的宣传思想文化工作中要发挥“安全阀”作用。The work of the propaganda of ideological and cultural work should consolidate the guiding position of Marxism in the field of ideology so as to consolidate the common ideological foundation which the whole party and the whole nation are jointly struggle for.With the profound changes of the times,the connotation and extension of the"three reviews and three proofreadings"have undergone profound changes,which have to assume the responsibility for political and ideological security,as well as to play the role as a"safety valve"in the propaganda of ideological and cultural work in colleges and universities.
