摘　　要：三结构域蛋白27(tripartite motif-containing 27,TRIM27,也被称为三重基序蛋白)由位于人类6号染色体上的ret指蛋白基因编码,是三结构域而成蛋白(tripartite motif-containing protein)家族中的重要成员之一,是多种生理病理过程中的调节因子,包括基因表达、炎症、细胞凋亡、免疫、癌症等。TRIM27通过不同的信号通路发挥调控转录、炎症、细胞凋亡和免疫的作用。TRIM27高表达促进肿瘤细胞增殖、迁移、侵袭,甚至降低部分肿瘤的化疗敏感性,导致预后不良。本文综述了TRIM27在基因表达、炎症、凋亡、免疫和癌症等方面的研究进展及其与人类生理病理过程的关系,为TRIM27的进一步研究和靶向TRIM27的临床应用提供参考和依据。Tripartite motif-containing 27(TRIM27)is encoded by the ret finger protein gene mapped at human chromosome 6p,one of the important members of tripartite motif-containing protein family.TRIM27has been defined as a regulator in diversified cellular processes,including gene expression,inflammatory response,apoptosis,immunity,and carcinogenesis.TRIM27 regulates transcription,inflammation,apoptosis and immunity via diverse signal pathways.High expression of TRIM27 promotes tumor cells'proliferation,migration,invasion and reduces chemosensitivity of some tumors,leading to poor prognosis.This work reviews the research progresses of TRIM27 in gene expression,inflammation,apoptosis,immunity and cancer,and its relationship with human physiological and pathological processes,so as to provide reference and basis for further research and clinical application of TRIM27 targeting.
