摘　　要：肝细胞癌(hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC)是我国常见的恶性肿瘤之一,具有起病隐匿、进展快和预后差等特点。HCC的早筛早诊是提高肝癌患者治疗效果和生存率的关键,但目前HCC的特异性诊断和有效治疗策略仍然缺乏。网络药理学使HCC的治疗研究开启了“药物-基因-靶点-疾病”多层次网络构建的新模式,从整体、系统的角度去探索药物与疾病间的关联性。代谢组学是系统生物学的重要组成部分,它利用色谱、质谱、核磁共振等技术对机体所有低相对分子质量代谢产物进行定性和定量分析,发现潜在的代谢标志物、治疗靶点等并探讨其机制和价值。本文针对近年来代谢组学在HCC的早期筛查、诊断和中药网络药理学的研究现状和进展进行综述。Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is one of the common malignant tumors in China.It has the characteristics of insidious onset,rapid progression and poor prognosis.Early screening and early diagnosis of HCC are the key to improve the therapeutic effect and survival rate of HCC patients.However,there is still a lack of specific diagnosis and effective treatment strategies for HCC.Network pharmacology has opened up a new model of“drug-gene-target-disease”multi-level network construction for the treatment of HCC,and explored the correlations between drugs and diseases from a holistic and systematic perspective.Metabonomics is an important part of systems biology.It uses chromatography,mass spectrometry,nuclear magnetic resonance and other techniques to qualitatively and quantitatively analyze all low molecular weight metabolites in the body,find potential metabolic markers,therapeutic targets,and explore its mechanism and value.This article reviews the research status and progress of metabolomics in early screening and diagnosis of HCC and network pharmacology of traditional Chinese medicine in recent years.
