摘　　要：长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RNA,lncRNA)是长度大于200个核苷酸的非编码RNA,在基因表达各阶段发挥作用。LncRNA在神经系统中表达丰富,与脑卒中密切相关,并且在缺血性脑卒中(ischemic stroke,IS)的发生发展过程中起重要作用。本文就lncRNA对缺血性脑卒中诱发的脑损伤所发挥的作用及其作为生物标志物对缺血性脑卒中进行诊断、判断预后作一综述。Long non-coding RNA is a non-coding RNA with a length greater than 200 nucleotides and plays a role in various stages of gene expression.LncRNA is abundantly expressed in the nervous system,closely related to stroke,and plays an important role in the occurrence and development of ischemic stroke.This paper reviews the role of lncRNA in brain damage induced by ischemic stroke and as biomarkers to diagnose and determine prognosis of ischemic stroke.
