摘  要:随着城镇化的发展,我国出现了大量兼具市政功能的公路,该类型道路在运营期间限速值如何确定值得探讨。介绍了美国制定限制速度的主要方法,通过实例详述美国运行速度法确定限速值的过程;同时结合我国城镇化地区公路具体工程实例,按运行速度法计算该路段的限速值,最后对比分析中美两国确定限速值的差异,提出了优化我国确定限速值方法的几点建议。With the development of urbanization,a large number of highways with municipal functions have emerged in China.How to determine the speed limit value of this type of road during operation is worth discussing.In the paper,the main methods of setting speed limits in the United States are introduced,and the process of determining speed limits are elaborated using the operating speed method in the United States through real practice.At the same time,based on specific engineering examples of highways in urbanization areas in China,the speed limit value of this section is calculated using the operating speed method.Finally,the difference between China and the United States is compared and analyzed,and some suggestions are put forward to optimize the method of determining the speed limit in China.
