摘　　要：目的:探讨安宁疗护联合认知干预措施,对老年慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者的影响.方法:选取2022年1月至2022年12月本院收治的94例老年CHF患者作为研究对象.采用随机数字表法将其分为研究组(n=47,采用安宁疗护联合认知干预措施护理)和对照组(n=47,采用常规护理方法).采用统计学分析方法,比较两组患者的心功能指标、机体耐力水平、认知能力、生活质量、并发症发生率及再住院率等.结果:研究组患者左心室射血分数、6min步行距离、健康调查简表(SF-36)评分及简易精神状态检查表(MMSE)评分,均高于对照组,而心肌重量指数、左心室舒张末期内径、并发症发生率及再住院率,则均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:安宁疗护联合认知干预的护理方法,在老年CHF患者的治疗中具有一定的价值.Objective:To explore the effects of hospice care combined with cognitive interventions on elderly patients with chronic cardiac failure(CHF).Methods:Ninety-four elderly patients with CHF admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as study subjects.Using a random digital table method,they were divided into study group(n=47,received hospice care combined with cognitive intervention)and control group(n=47,received routine nursing care).The cardiac function indicators,physical endurance level,cognitive ability,quality of life,incidence of complications,and readmission rates were compared between the two groups by statistical method.Results:The left ventricular ejection fraction,6min walking distance,and the scores of the MOS item short from health survey(SF-36)and simplified mental state examination scale(MMSE)in study group were higher than those in control group,while myocardial mass index,left ventricular end diastolic diameter,incidence of complications,and readmission rate in study group were lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The hospice care combined with cognitive intervention has certain value in the treatment of elderly patients with CHF.
