家庭视角下的农村陪读现象研究——基于湖南省Y村陪读教育史的个案考察

摘　　要：运用回顾性实地调查法,以湖南省Y村8个农民大家庭26个孩子的陪读教育史为例,本文以“家庭”作为分析视角,发现无论是随迁型陪读还是城市化型陪读,对农民做出陪读抉择的影响因素主要包括五个方面:家庭目标、家庭收入、家庭分工、家庭周期以及家庭分层。发展型家庭目标、半工半耕的收入结构、合理的代际分工与性别分工、处于有利的家庭生命周期阶段、中上层农民家庭的教育竞争与城镇化动力等有利于促使农民家庭做出陪读抉择。通过审视近三十年来农村陪读教育史的演变状况发现,国家对农民家庭陪读需求的政策瞄准需要重视农民家庭对政策实施的反应。除市域城市化陪读应让其自然发展外,未来政策瞄准的重点应聚焦于县域和镇域层面的城镇化陪读类型,并着力发展适合陪读劳动力剩余的县域经济。Using the method of retrospective field survey and from family perspective,this study finds that there are five main factors that affect the choice of accompanied study for farmers:family goals,family income,family division of labor,family life course,and family stratification.The goal of a developmental family,the income structure of half work and half farming,reasonable intergenerational and gender division of labor,being in a favorable stage of family life course,and the educational competition and urbanization drive of middle and upper class farmer families are conducive to promoting farmer families to make accompanying study choices.The state policy should focus on developing county economy that would be suitable for the accompanying labor force.
