摘 要:本研究旨在深入探究工作环境下JKM4.5×6型提升机主轴装置的力学行为,通过建立基于实际工作条件的数学模型,并利用SolidWorks软件构建三维几何模型,进而运用有限元分析法对提升机主轴装置进行静力学仿真、模态分析及瞬态分析。结果表明主轴装置的最大等效应力为37.33MPa,位于主轴法兰与摩擦轮接触区域;最大变形量为0.395mm,出现在主轴与电机接触处;主轴装置固有频率主要集中在215Hz、227Hz、259Hz和290Hz。特别地,提升机工作至4.5秒时,主轴装置出现显著的应力波动,最大应力值在震荡波峰达73.4MPa。相关研究结果对于指导提升机主轴装置的设计与优化,确保其稳定性和安全性具有重要意义。The purpose of this study is to explore the mechanical behavior of the main shaft device of JKM4.5×6 hoist in the working environment.By establishing a mathematical model based on the actual working conditions,and using SolidWorks software to construct a three⁃dimensional geometric model,the finite element analysis method is used to carry out static simulation,modal analysis and transient analysis of the main shaft device of the hoist.The results show that the maximum equivalent stress of the spindle device is 37.33 MPa,which is located in the contact area between the spindle flange and the friction wheel.The maximum deformation is 0.395 mm,which appears at the contact between the spindle and the motor.The natural frequencies of the spindle device are mainly concentrated in 215 Hz,227 Hz,259 Hz and 290 Hz.In particular,when the hoist works for 4.5 seconds,the main shaft device shows significant stress fluctuations,and the maximum stress value reaches 73.4 MPa at the peak of the shock wave.The relevant research results are of great significance for guiding the design and optimization of the main shaft device of the hoist and ensuring its stability and safety.
