摘　　要：发挥工业互联网平台领先企业在实体经济转型升级过程中的重要作用,推进制造业产业集群的工业互联网转型,是推动高质量发展的重要战略支撑。选择华为和阿里为案例研究对象,通过程序性扎根理论方法,遵循“技术-组织-环境”(TOE)的研究框架,研究发现工业互联网平台领先企业依托跨行业跨领域工业互联网平台,在技术因素上发挥数字资产的超网络嵌入效应,构建生态共同体,在组织因素上对数字生态系统进行资源拼凑,形成数字化动态能力,在环境因素上推动数字创新创业生态的价值涌现,在上述三个层面条件因素协同作用下,制造业集群融通式成长,从而在价值生态层面实现商业模式创新。华为等非数字原生工业互联网平台领先企业“先裂变再聚变”、阿里等数字原生工业互联网平台领先企业“先聚变再裂变”实现价值生态商业模式创新。相关研究明晰了价值生态商业模式创新的理论内涵和外延,为数字经济与实体经济深度融合提供新的研究视角,为制造业高质量发展提供实践启示。Giving full play to the important role of leading enterprises on the industrial internet platform in the transformation and upgrading of the real economy,and promoting the industrial internet transformation of manufacturing industrial clusters,is an important strategic support for promoting high-quality development.Taking Huawei and Ali as case studies,and following the research framework of"Technology-Organization-Environment"(TOE)through the procedural grounding theory,it was found in this paper that the leading enterprises of industrial internet platforms rely on cross-industry and cross-domain industrial internet platforms to play the super-network embedding effect of digital assets in technical factors,build an ecological community,and patch up resources of digital ecosystems in organizational factors to form digital dynamic capabilities.In the environmental factors,the value of digital innovation and entrepreneurship ecology emerges.Under the synergistic effect of the above three factors,manufacturing clusters grow in an inclusive way,thus realizing business model innovation at the value ecological level.Huawei and other leading enterprises of non-digital native industrial internet platform underwent"fission first and then fusion",while Ali and other leading enterprises of digital native industrial internet platform underwent"fusion first and then fission"to realize the innovation of value ecological business model.The related research has clarified the theoretical connotation and extension of the value eco-business model innovation,and provided a new research perspective for the deep integration of digital economy and real economy,thus offering practical enlightenment for the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry.
