摘　　要：构造了高秩Virasoro-like代数L的一类新的摸F_(2)^(α),并且给出F_(2)^(α)与F_(2)^(β)同构的充要条件,证得F_(2)^(α)的子模还是阶化模,最后刻画了F_(2)^(α)的结构.We construct a new class of modules F_(2)^(α)for high-rank Virasoro-like algebras L and give the necessary and sufficient conditions for F_(2)^(α)and F_(2)^(β)to be isomorphism.It is proved that the submodules of F_(2)^(α)are graded modules.And finally,we determine the structure of F_(2)^(α).
