摘　　要：前列腺癌发病率呈不断上升趋势,更多早期的前列腺癌被发现。前列腺癌根治性切除术是局限性前列腺癌的常规治疗,尽管具有良好的肿瘤学效果,但同样伴随了很多严重的不良反应,明显影响患者的生理和心理健康。随着对前列腺癌的认识加深以及技术的发展,前列腺癌局灶治疗得以实现。目前国内引进新型经直肠高能聚焦超声技术,本文将该技术在前列腺癌治疗中的工作原理、应用和疗效作一综述。With the rising prevalence of prostate cancer,more early prostate cancers are detected.Radical prostatectomy remains the conventional treatment for localized prostate cancer.Although it has good oncological effect,it is also accompanied by many serious side effects,which significantly affect the physical and mental health of patients.With the deepening understanding of prostate cancer and the development of technology,focal treatment of prostate cancer has come true.Recently,transrectal high-intensity focused ultrasound technology has been introduced in China.This article aims to review the operating principle,application and clinical efficacy of this technology in prostate cancer.
