摘　　要：阐述PSCADA/EMTP软件平台、基于IEC61850-9-2标准的信息模型和通信规约,以及基于B/S架构的网络发令系统结构。分析网络发令系统的具体功能,通过仿真实验验证设计方案的有效性。This paper describes the PSCADA/EMTP software platform,the information model and communication protocol based on the IEC61850-9-2 standard,and the network command system structure based on the B/S architecture.It analyzes the specific functions of the network command system and verifies the effectiveness of the design scheme through simulation experiments.
