摘　　要：我国乳腺癌患者中,老年人占比较高,由于早期检出率较低,较多患者确诊时已经达到乳腺癌晚期,错失了早期诊疗时机。同时,老年女性获取乳腺癌防治知识的途径较少,对于乳腺癌的认知水平不足,无法有效自检及改善自身健康行为,因此需积极提升老年人对于乳腺癌防治的知信行水平,进而提升乳腺癌防控水平。本文通过整理老年人对乳腺癌的认知水平、乳腺癌预防态度、乳腺癌防治行为现状等方面研究的文献,对老年女性乳腺癌知信行现状进行分析,提出通过实施针对性干预、开展乳腺癌防治知识宣教活动等提高老年女性对乳腺癌的认知水平,改善乳腺癌预防态度,提升乳腺癌早期筛检行为水平,以期为老年女性乳腺癌防治政策提供参考。The elderly account for a high proportion of breast cancer patients in China.Due to the low early detection rate,many patients have reached the late stage of breast cancer when diagnosed,and missed the opportunity for early diagnosis and treatment.At the same time,older women have less means to acquire breast cancer prevention and control knowledge,and lack of awareness of breast cancer,so they cannot effectively self check and improve their own health behavior.Therefore,it is necessary to actively improve the elderly's knowledge,belief and practice level of breast cancer prevention and control,so as to improve the level of breast cancer prevention and control.This paper analyzes the status quo of knowledge,belief and practice of breast cancer among elderly women by sorting out the research literature on the elderly's cognitive level of breast cancer,breast cancer prevention attitude,and breast cancer prevention behavior status,and proposes to improve the elderly women's cognitive level of breast cancer,breast cancer prevention attitude,and early screening behavior level of breast cancer through targeted intervention,breast cancer prevention knowledge publicity and education activities,so as to provide reference for the elderly women's breast cancer prevention policy.
