摘　　要：“脂膜”是一个兼具形态与功能的综合概念,其形态为“脂膜相附”的组织结构,位于半表半里,是“三焦”的形质,机体的水火之渎,发挥精微物质储存运输、表里脏腑联通等功能。若“脂膜”不利,影响机体气津畅通,易致病理产物壅塞、外邪伏留其中。根据“脂膜”的功能特点,辨治临床相关病证,具有积极的临床意义,初步推断可为一些病位广泛、病机复杂的疾病治疗提供新思路。'Adipose membrane'is a comprehensive concept that combines form and function.Its form is a tissue structure of'adipose adhering to the membrane',which serves as the structure of the Sanjiao,is the curse of water and fire in the body,is between the surface and the interior.Its function specifically reflected in the storage and transportation of fine matter such as qi and fluid,and the connection between the surface and internal organs.If the'adipose membrane'is obstructed,it can affect the smooth flow of qi and fluid in the body,which can easily lead to blockage of pathological products and the retention of pathogens.Based on the functional characteristics of the'adipose membrane',identifying clinical special syndromes and guiding treatment have positive clinical significance.It can provide new ideas for the treatment of diseases with a wide range of disease locations and complexpathogenesis.
