摘　　要：目的探究复发性阿弗他口炎(RAS)患者在发病过程中体内免疫功能指标的变化情况。方法回顾统计2019年1月至2020年1月就诊于南京医科大学附属口腔医院口腔黏膜病科143例RAS患者(RAS组)与95例正常人群(对照组)的临床资料,收集两组人群血清IgA、IgG、IgM、IgE、T淋巴细胞CD3^(+)、T辅助细胞CD4^(+)、T抑制细胞CD8^(+)、NK细胞CD3-CD(16^(+)56)^(+)、D4/CD8比值、B细胞抗原CD19的检测结果,利用统计软件进行分析,统计两组之间的差异。结果RAS组IgM、IgE、IgG指标平均水平均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);RAS组T辅助细胞CD4^(+)平均比例、CD4/CD8比值平均值均明显低于对照组,T抑制细胞CD8^(+)平均比例明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在RAS患者的病程进展过程中,其机体自身的免疫功能与正常人群存在一定的差异,表明免疫系统失调与RAS的发病具有一定的相关性。Objective:To explore the changes of immune function in patients with recurrent aphthous stomatitis(RAS).Methods:The clinical data of 143 RAS patients(RAS group)and 95 normal people(control group)in the Department of Oral Mucosal Diseases,Affiliated Stomatological Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from January 2019 to January 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.Serum IgA、IgG、IgM、IgE、T lymphocyte CD3^(+)、T helper CD4^(+)、T suppressor CD8^(+)and NK CD3-CD(16^(+))were collected.Results:The average levels of IgM、IgE and IgG in RAS group were higher than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The average CD4^(+)ratio and CD4/CD8 ratio of T helper cells in RAS group were significantly lower than those in control group,while the average CD8^(+)ratio of T suppressor cells was significantly higher than that in control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The immune function of patients with RAS is different from that of normal people in the course of disease progression,which indicates that there is a certain correlation between immune system disorder and the onset of RAS.
