摘　　要：中华人民共和国成立以来,海南地方史的研究取得了很大成就,从而有力地支持了海南社会的建设与发展。海南地方史研究的发展历程大致可分几个阶段,即1950年前、1950到1966年、海南建省前、海南建省后到2000年、进入新世纪后的海南地方史研究等五个部分,主要是论说、总结70年来海南地方史研究的发展过程。文章对上述各个时期有关海南地方史研究的重要成果,以及这些成果形成的历史背景和成果的学术价值给予全面的、客观的评价,进而概括性地分析70年来不同时期海南地方史研究的主要特点,对目前海南地方史研究中存在的一些普遍性问题及未来发展方向问题提出看法。Since the founding of the People's Republic of China,great achievements have been made in the study of local history in Hainan,which has strongly supported the construction and development of Hainan society.The development process of studies on Hainan's local history can be roughly divided into several stages,inclusive of five parts:before 1950,from 1950 to 1966,before the establishment of Hainan Province,from the establishment of Hainan province to 2000,and after the arrival of the new century,which mainly discusses and summarizes the development process of studies on Hainan local history in the past 70 years since the founding of the People's Republic of China.This paper evaluates comprehensively and objectively the important achievements of studies on Hainan's local history in the abovementioned periods,as well as the historical background and academic value of these achievements,and then analyzes the main characteristics of Hainan local history study in different periods in the past 70 years.Moreover,some personal views of the paper author on some common problems in the study of Hainan local history and the future development direction have also been proposed.
