人机之爱可以取代人类爱情吗——兼论伴侣机器人的设计伦理

摘　　要：伴侣机器人的问世对人类现有的婚恋模式和情感模式造成了冲击。从亲密关系的视角来看,人机之爱与人类之爱存在本质的区别,因此,借助伴侣机器人实现恋爱或性生活的满足只是一种生理性的满足,它无法达到人类精神性满足的层次,故而是有缺陷的。由于伴侣机器人难以与人类建立类似于人类之爱的浪漫情感关系,完全顺从市场需求去设计伴侣机器人又可能引发性别不平等的问题,因此,如何设计符合伦理要求的伴侣机器人就成为一个关键性问题。鉴于此,伴侣机器人的设计伦理应考虑避免欺骗、防范性别不平等及防范社交隔绝等三个方面的问题。The emergence of companion robots has had an impact on the existing marriage and emotional patterns of humans.From the perspective of intimate relationships,there are differences between human-robot love and human love,therefore,using companion robots to achieve satisfaction in love or sexual life is only a physiological satisfaction,and it cannot reach the level of human spiritual satisfaction,so it is flawed.Due to the difficulty of establishing romantic relationships similar to human love between companion robots and humans,designing companion robots that completely comply with market demand may also lead to gender inequality.Therefore,how to design companion robots that meet ethical requirements has become a key issue.In view of this,the ethical issues need to be considered in the design of companion robots from three aspects:avoiding deception,preventing gender inequality and preventing social isolation.
