摘  要:为了确定某养鱼场鳜鱼病死原因和制定治疗方案,将采集的病死鳜鱼鳃和肝脏涂布于LB培养基分离纯化细菌、革兰氏染色和涂布鉴别培养基,并通过聚合酶链式反应方法确定病原体。通过动物回归实验评价菌株致病性;最后通过药敏试验筛选敏感药物。结果显示,病原菌经革兰氏染色后呈红色短杆状;在麦康凯培养基上呈白色菌落,RS培养基上呈黄色菌落;聚合酶链式反应鉴定该菌为嗜水气单胞菌。药敏试验表明该菌株对头孢曲松、头孢哌酮等药物敏感。本研究结果可为嗜水气单胞菌的防控及制定其引起的鱼类病症治疗方案提供参考。This study aimed to identify the cause of disease in Siniperca chuatsi at a fish farm and develop an appropriate treatment protocol.Specimens of gills and livers from the affected fish were collected and cultured on LB solid agar plates to isolate and purify the bacteria.The isolated bacteria were then characterized through Gram staining and plated on differential media for further identification.The pathogen's identity was confirmed using PCR techniques.The pathogenicity of the bacterial strain was assessed through animal challenge experiments.Subsequently,an antibiotic sensitivity test was conducted to identify susceptible drugs.Findings from this study showed that the pathogenic bacteria appeared as red,short rod-shaped cells following Gram staining;they produced white colonies on MacConkey agar and yellow colonies on RS agar.PCR analysis verified the bacteria as Aeromonas hydrophila.The antibiotic susceptibility test revealed that the strain was susceptible to drugs including ceftriaxone and cefoperazone.The results of this research provided valuable insights for the prevention,control,and treatment of Aeromonas hydrophila infections in Siniperca chuatsi,offering a reference for developing a specific treatment plan for this case.
