摘 要:医学教育是卫生健康事业发展的基石。在新医科背景下,吉林大学第二医院以学校临床医学教育体制机制改革为契机,从加强教学质量保障能力、聚焦教师教学能力提升以及重视学生培养质量等方面着手,全面构建医院医学教育创新发展新格局。并提出高校附属医院应聚焦国家医学教育发展总体战略布署,以人工智能引领医学教育创新发展,以新时代教材建设为医学教育创新载体,推动医学教育深化改革。Medical education is the cornerstone of the development of health care.In the context of advancements in New Medical Science,the Second Hospital of Jilin University took the reform of the school's clinical medical education system as an opportunity to strengthen the teaching quality assurance capabilities,focus on improving teachers'teaching capabilities,and pay attention to the quality of student training,thus comprehensively building a new pattern of innovative development of medical education.It was also proposed that university-affiliated hospitals should focus on the overall national strategic plan for medical education development and deepen medical education reform,use artificial intelligence to lead the innovative development of medical education,and use the construction of new-era textbooks as the carrier of medical education innovation to promote deeper reforms in medical education.
