摘　　要：2021年国务院办公厅印发的《关于进一步支持大学生创新创业的指导意见》,指出大学生是“大众创业、万众创新”的生力军,支持大学生创新创业具有重要意义。本研究从课程建设、教师素养、教学方式、实践实训、教育成效等五个方面,提出了5个一级指标、18个二级指标和40个三级指标,旨在提升新疆高校双创人才培养质量,为社会输送更多优质人才,同时也希望能为其他高校建立创新创业能力评价指标体系构建,提供有益的借鉴和参考。The Guiding Opinions on Further Supporting the Innovation and Entrepreneurship of College Students issued in 2021 points out that college students are the new force of"mass entrepreneurship and innovation",and it is of great significance to support college students'innovation and entrepreneurship.This study from the curriculum construction,teachers'quality,teaching methods,practice training,education results in five aspects,put forward five level indicators,18 secondary index and 40 level 3 indicators,aims to improve the quality of Xinjiang universities double gen talent training,conveying more quality talents for the society,at the same time also hope for other universities to establish innovative entrepreneurial ability evaluation index system construction,provide useful reference and reference.
