马克思生产力主体性视角下的新质生产力

摘　　要：马克思生产力概念的主体性视角有助于我们深刻理解新质生产力的内涵特征。在生产力三要素中,劳动者是唯一的主体性要素,劳动创造价值,劳动人民创造历史,因此,新质生产力必然表现出人民主体的本质特征。从主体性视角来看,新质生产力的发展之源表现为“一切依靠人民”,其具体体现为:科技创新,充分发挥人民群众的聪明才智;产业升级,激发劳动者创造力,实现高质量发展;教育为本,培养适应新质生产力发展的新型劳动者队伍。从人民主体出发,新质生产力的价值旨归表现为“一切为了人民”,即坚持人民至上,让人民群众在新质生产力发展中共享发展成果、共建美好家园、实现共同富裕。The subjective perspective of Marx's concept of productivity helps us to deeply understand the connotation and characteristics of new productivity.Among the three elements of productivity,laborers are the only subjective element.Labor creates value and working people create history.Therefore,new productivity must show the essential characteristics of the people's subject.From the perspective of subjectivity,the source of the development of new quality productivity is'all rely on the people',which is embodied in:scientific and technological innovation,give full play to the wisdom of the people;industrial upgrading,stimulate the creativity of workers,and achieve high-quality development;based on education,we should cultivate a new type of labor force that adapts to the development of new quality productivity.Starting from the people's main body,the value purpose of the new quality productivity is'all for the people',that is,to adhere to the people's supremacy,so that the people can share the development achievements,build a better home and achieve common prosperity in the development of new quality productivity.
