摘　　要：普通话测试工作是促进国家通用语言文字推广普及和应用的重要举措,近些年逐步走向了智能化、科学化和规范化的道路。机辅测试的开展,极大提高了测试效率,但同时也出现了机辅测试系统不够完善、对测试工作人员的要求提高等。该文详细分析了普通话测试存在的问题,并结合普通话测试工作者的工作实际,提出有针对性的解决对策:提升普通话测试人员的专业水平;不断升级完善测试系统和测试流程;统筹安排测试;因材施教,加强培训;鼓励考生充分利用各类资源加强训练,切实提高普通话水平。Putonghua test is an important measure to promote the popularization and application of the national standard language,and in recent years,it has gradually moved towards the road of intelligence,science and standardization.The development of machine-aided testing has greatly improved the test efficiency,but at the same time,there are also problems such as the imperfect machine-aided testing system and the increasing requirements for test workers.This article provides a detailed analysis of these issues and proposes targeted solutions based on the work experience of a Mandarin tester:to improve the professional level of Putonghua test personnel;constantly upgrade and improve the test system and test process;make overall arrangements for testing;teach students according to their aptitude and strengthen training;encourage candidates to make full use of various resources to strengthen training and effectively improve their Mandarin proficiency.
