摘  要:本文分别用苯酚硫酸法和硫酸蒽酮法测定灵芝孢子粉中灵芝多糖的含量,并对其进行比较。结果表明,两种方法都能准确地测定灵芝多糖含量,且结果基本一致。苯酚硫酸法的相对标准偏差为1.80%,加标回收率在92.4%~97.8%,硫酸蒽酮法的相对标准偏差为2.48%,加标回收率在90.8%~97.2%。苯酚硫酸法测定灵芝多糖具有更好的稳定性,但总体耗时较长,仪器成本高,在通用性和效率上不如硫酸蒽酮法。The content of Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide in Ganoderma lucidum spore was determined by phenol-sulfuric acid method and anthrone sulfate method respectively.The results showed that both methods could accurately determine the content of Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide,and the results were basically consistent.The relative standard deviation of phenol-sulfuric acid method was 1.80%,and the recoveries were 92.4%~97.8%.The relative standard deviation of anthranone sulfate method was 2.48%,and the recoveries were 90.8%~97.2%.The determination of Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide by phenol-sulfuric acid method has better stability,but the overall time is longer,the instrument cost is high,and the generality and efficiency are inferior to anthrone sulfate method.
