摘 要:本文重点剖析桶装饮用水生产环节铜绿假单胞菌污染的主要问题,并结合实地调研情况,借鉴企业优秀经验做法,提出铜绿假单胞菌污染防控措施,以期为企业改进生产工艺、为市场监管部门明确监管重点提供参考,进而保障居民饮水安全。This paper delves into the primary issues surrounding Pseudomonas aeruginosa contamination within the productive process of barreled drinking water,and combined with the field investigation,drawing on the excellent experience and practice of enterprises,puts forward the prevention and control measures of Pseudomonas aeruginosa contamination,in order to provide references for enterprises to improve the production process and for the market supervision department to clarify the focus of supervision,so as to ensure the safety of drinking water for residents.
