食品安全视角下桃农药残留限量标准的探讨

摘　　要：通过对《食品安全国家标准食品中农药最大残留限量》(GB 2763—2021)和《食品安全国家标准食品中2,4-滴丁酸钠盐等112种农药最大残留限量》(GB 2763.1—2022)中涉及桃的相关信息、中国农药信息网的数据及相关法律法规进行多角度、多维度归纳分析比较,从生产者、农药生产及管理、农药使用技术指导、标准制定等方面阐述“最严谨标准”的重要性,以期科学指导桃安全用药,保障桃食品安全。Through the inductive analysis and comparison of the relevant information related to peach fruit in GB 2763—2021 and GB 2763.1—2022,the data from China Pesticide Information Network and relevant laws and regulations were analyzed and compared from multiple angles,the importance of“the most rigorous standard”was expounded from the aspects of producers,pesticide production and management,pesticide use technical guidance,standard formulation,etc.,in order to scientifically guide the safe production and drug use of peach and ensure the safety of peach fruit food.
